How to track your Order on DHL

Find the tracking number and track on DHL

All the tracking information will be available after 1-2 days after we send out the package.

It's easy to find out the tracking number of your package, there are two ways to find your tracking numbers:

1. on guuds.com website, Account -> Orders -> Order details

Click the "tracking link" at the order details page, then you will go to DHL website, and the tracking details will shows at the DHL web page.

2. find it in your emails, when we sent out your package, we also sent you a shipping notice via email, the email title started with "Guuds Shipping Notice---Your order 1906080xxxx has been sent by DHL on 05/28/2019".

After you find the tracking number at the email, click the "DHL" link, then you will go to DHL website, and the tracking details will shows at the DHL web page.
